RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items, which will be processed within 24-48 hours.

Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order.


To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact. Garments must not have been worn or washed.


Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and forwarding items.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We only accept returns and issue refunds for faulty items 7 days from the date you receive your order.

•Always double check your address and phone number before confirming an order. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
•We accept payments through paypal (International) BNI bank transfer (Indonesia) EASTWEST bank & Gcash (Philippines) 
•Orders will be processed a day after payment is made. Kindly wait for an email confirmation.
•A tracking number/receipt will be emailed to you once parcel has been dispatched.
•Orders may not be modified once parcel has been processed.
•All international packages may be subject to taxes and custom charges and is not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
•By placing an order, you are acknowledging and accepting all the terms and conditions.
