RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your order.
We accept returns and exchanges on all full-priced items. Sale items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All exchange requests are subject to the following conditions:
• Items must be returned in original condition with hygiene seals intact.
• Items must be unworn and free from any stains or marks.
Items should be tried on over underwear only and kept in a clean environment. All returns must be unused, neatly folded, and placed back in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these requirements. Non-compliant returns will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Store credit may be issued if an exchange is not desired, the requested size is unavailable, or no suitable alternative item is found. Refunds are provided only for defective products, which are exceedingly rare, as each item undergoes a thorough quality inspection prior to shipment.
