RETURNS & EXCHANGES are available on all full priced items and will be processed within 24-48hours
Sale items are considered final.
Our company return & exchange policy is 7 days from the date you received your order.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it -all inclusions and hygiene stickers need to be intact with original packaging.
Garments must not be worn or washed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs — for returning and forwarding the item/s.

We only allow returns and refunds for faulty items.

•Always double check your address and phone number before confirming an order. We will not be liable for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
•We accept payments through paypal (International) BNI bank transfer (Indonesia) EASTWEST bank & Gcash (Philippines)
•Orders will be processed a day after payment is made. Kindly wait for an email confirmation.
•A tracking number/receipt will be emailed to you once parcel has been dispatched.
•Orders may not be modified once parcel has been processed.
•All international packages may be subject to taxes and custom charges and is not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
